Eddie Krule

I have a hands-on approach and bring energy, creativity and passion to every client transaction.

Eddie has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and managing transactions for leading private equity firms, public companies and privately owned businesses. He advises on a range of mid-market M&A transactions, including sell-side transactions and other strategic advisory mandates.

Eddie specializes in counseling companies within the consumer space, specifically food and beverage, consumer soft goods, home products and ecommerce and direct-to-consumer platforms. He also has diverse experience executing transactions for mid-market businesses in the business services and energy industries.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Eddie worked within the consumer group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, he spent several years in the renewable energy and emerging technology sector while at GreatPoint Energy and Lux Research.

Eddie earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University.
