Matthew advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to achieve their strategic goals and ambitions. He has more than 15 years of M&A experience advising a number of private, public and private equity owned clients on both sell-side and buy-side transactions, domestically and cross-border. Matthew has extensive expertise working with industrial technology, mobility and aerospace and defense companies.

Matthew applies deep sector knowledge to help his clients find success in a market that is driven by technology, tightening regulation and innovation. He helps management teams, shareholders and other stakeholders leverage their market positions to drive growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Matthew worked in KPMG’s transaction services department, focusing on industrial clients.

Matthew earned a Master of Chemistry from the University of Oxford. He is a qualified chartered accountant.
